FKBP7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FKBP7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,005 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FKBP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, CCN4, and ASPN. Each is linked with FKBP7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FKBP7-to-partner and partner-to-FKBP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FKBP7 versus MYL9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FKBP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→FKBP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
