FKBP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FKBP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,446 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FKBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC6, POLE2, and MED6. Each is linked with FKBP3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FKBP3-to-partner and partner-to-FKBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FKBP3 versus PSMC6 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FKBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FKBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
