The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher FKBP1B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FKBP1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC and STAD are the cancer types where FKBP1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
