Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FKBP1B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FKBP1B data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher FKBP1B mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FKBP1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM show a favorable association.

UCEC, LSCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where FKBP1B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
