Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FKBP1A mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FKBP1A data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher FKBP1A mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FKBP1A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LSCC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where FKBP1A mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
