FKBP1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FKBP1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,568 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FKBP1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT6, NSFL1C, and MAVS. Each is linked with FKBP1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FKBP1A-to-partner and partner-to-FKBP1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FKBP1A versus TRMT6 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FKBP1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FKBP1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
