FKBP1A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FKBP1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,479 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FKBP1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, ZEB1, and JAM2. Each is linked with FKBP1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FKBP1A-to-partner and partner-to-FKBP1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FKBP1A versus CNRIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FKBP1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FKBP1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
