Across TCGA cell cohorts, FKBP1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,107 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FKBP1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Protein import into peroxisome membrane, and Regulation of peroxisome organization. Each is linked with FKBP1A in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FKBP1A-to-partner and partner-to-FKBP1A results are reported.
