Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FKBP15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,414 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FKBP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are THAP12P4, RNU11-5P, and RNU6-421P. Each is linked with FKBP15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FKBP15-to-partner and partner-to-FKBP15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, THAP12P4 grouped by FKBP15-low versus FKBP15-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FKBP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→FKBP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
