Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FKBP14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FKBP14 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher FKBP14 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FKBP14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, STAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where FKBP14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
