Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FKBP14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,381 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FKBP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM225, ZIC3, and RNU6-1175P. Each is linked with FKBP14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FKBP14-to-partner and partner-to-FKBP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM225 grouped by FKBP14-low versus FKBP14-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FKBP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→FKBP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
