Across TCGA patient cohorts, FKBP14-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,361 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FKBP14-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCRN1, POLR1F, and GARS1. Each is linked with FKBP14-AS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FKBP14-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-FKBP14-AS1 results are reported.
