Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FKBP14-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FKBP14-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher FKBP14-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FKBP14-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CHOL and UCS show a favorable association.

CHOL, LGG, and KIRP are the cancer types where FKBP14-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
