FIZ1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FIZ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,690 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FIZ1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NXF1, TRIM28, and PRPF31. Each is linked with FIZ1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FIZ1-to-partner and partner-to-FIZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FIZ1 versus NXF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FIZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FIZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
