FIZ1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FIZ1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,908 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FIZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF8, ZNF324B, and C19orf48. Each is linked with FIZ1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FIZ1-to-partner and partner-to-FIZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FIZ1 versus ZNF8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FIZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FIZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
