Across TCGA cell cohorts, FIZ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,376 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FIZ1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromatin organization, mRNA alternative polyadenylation, and Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with FIZ1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FIZ1-to-partner and partner-to-FIZ1 results are reported.
