Across TCGA cell cohorts, FIZ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 213 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FIZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPINK8, OR52B2, and NKX2-6. Each is linked with FIZ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FIZ1-to-partner and partner-to-FIZ1 results are reported.
