Across TCGA patient cohorts, FILNC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,990 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FILNC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell junction disassembly, B cell homeostasis, and Peptide antigen assembly with MHC protein complex. Each is linked with FILNC1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FILNC1-to-partner and partner-to-FILNC1 results are reported.
