FILIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FILIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,264 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FILIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEKHM3, CDH5, and AGL. Each is linked with FILIP1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FILIP1-to-partner and partner-to-FILIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FILIP1 versus PLEKHM3 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FILIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FILIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
