Across TCGA cell cohorts, FIGNL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,452 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FIGNL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Osteoblast proliferation, Negative regulation of cell cycle process, and Negative regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle. Each is linked with FIGNL1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FIGNL1-to-partner and partner-to-FIGNL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Osteoblast proliferation grouped by FIGNL1-low versus FIGNL1-high in LUNG_SCLC.
