FIGLA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FIGLA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FIGLA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR527, KRTAP19-2, and OR5L1. Each is linked with FIGLA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FIGLA-to-partner and partner-to-FIGLA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FIGLA→partner) and Y-score (partner→FIGLA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
