FICD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FICD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,700 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FICD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUCB2, SEC23B, and UHRF1BP1L. Each is linked with FICD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FICD-to-partner and partner-to-FICD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FICD→partner) and Y-score (partner→FICD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
