FICD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FICD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,213 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FICD-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPRASP2, METRNL, and ID1. Each is linked with FICD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FICD-to-partner and partner-to-FICD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FICD→partner) and Y-score (partner→FICD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
