FICD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FICD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,315 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FICD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP181, MIR769, and KRTAP4-5. Each is linked with FICD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FICD-to-partner and partner-to-FICD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FICD→partner) and Y-score (partner→FICD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
