FICD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FICD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FICD-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTHL17, OR1L3, and OR2J1. Each is linked with FICD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FICD-to-partner and partner-to-FICD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FICD→partner) and Y-score (partner→FICD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
