FIBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FIBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,803 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FIBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MZB1, DCUN1D5, and PEG10. Each is linked with FIBP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FIBP-to-partner and partner-to-FIBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FIBP versus MZB1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FIBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→FIBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
