Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FIBP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,280 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FIBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are C2CD5, ING4, and ETNK1. Each is linked with FIBP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FIBP-to-partner and partner-to-FIBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FIBP versus C2CD5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FIBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→FIBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
