FIBP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FIBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FIBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF3, KRTAP19-3, and IZUMO2. Each is linked with FIBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FIBP-to-partner and partner-to-FIBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF3 grouped by FIBP-low versus FIBP-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FIBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→FIBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
