FIBIN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FIBIN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,851 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FIBIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED28P4, CGRRF1, and INTS10. Each is linked with FIBIN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FIBIN-to-partner and partner-to-FIBIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED28P4 grouped by FIBIN-low versus FIBIN-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FIBIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→FIBIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
