FIBCD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FIBCD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FIBCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP26, UTF1, and C10orf53. Each is linked with FIBCD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FIBCD1-to-partner and partner-to-FIBCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMP26 grouped by FIBCD1-low versus FIBCD1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FIBCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FIBCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
