FHL5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FHL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 115 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FHL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOTCH4, IQGAP2, and CHD7. Each is linked with FHL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FHL5-to-partner and partner-to-FHL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOTCH4 grouped by FHL5-low versus FHL5-high in URINARY_TRACT.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FHL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FHL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
