FHAD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FHAD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,792 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FHAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRDV3, SENP3-EIF4A1, and ME2. Each is linked with FHAD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FHAD1-to-partner and partner-to-FHAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRDV3 grouped by FHAD1-low versus FHAD1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FHAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FHAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
