Across TCGA patient cohorts, FHAD1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,068 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FHAD1-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Neural tube development, Positive regulation of Wnt signaling pathway, and Tube formation. Each is linked with FHAD1-AS1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FHAD1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-FHAD1-AS1 results are reported.
