Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FHAD1-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FHAD1-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher FHAD1-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FHAD1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and KIRC show a favorable association.

UVM, LGG, and ESCA are the cancer types where FHAD1-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
