FGL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,913 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCR7, THEMIS, and CRTAM. Each is linked with FGL2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGL2-to-partner and partner-to-FGL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGL2 versus CCR7 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
