FGL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,488 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL1B, IL6, and SOCS3. Each is linked with FGL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGL1-to-partner and partner-to-FGL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGL1 versus IL1B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
