FGFRL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGFRL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 999 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGFRL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR3A5P, USP12, and SPC24. Each is linked with FGFRL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGFRL1-to-partner and partner-to-FGFRL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR3A5P grouped by FGFRL1-low versus FGFRL1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGFRL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGFRL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
