Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGFR3P6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,326 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FGFR3P6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of double-strand break repair, Negative regulation of DNA metabolic process, and Mitochondrial transport. Each is linked with FGFR3P6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGFR3P6-to-partner and partner-to-FGFR3P6 results are reported.
