Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FGFR3P6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FGFR3P6 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher FGFR3P6 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FGFR3P6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and LAML show a favorable association.
BLCA, KIRC, and CESC are the cancer types where FGFR3P6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
