FGFR1OP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGFR1OP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,388 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGFR1OP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VNN2, SLAMF1, and ZNF831. Each is linked with FGFR1OP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGFR1OP2-to-partner and partner-to-FGFR1OP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGFR1OP2 versus VNN2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGFR1OP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGFR1OP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
