FGFR1OP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGFR1OP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 562 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGFR1OP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7702, RNU6-669P, and MICE. Each is linked with FGFR1OP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGFR1OP2-to-partner and partner-to-FGFR1OP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7702 grouped by FGFR1OP2-low versus FGFR1OP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGFR1OP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGFR1OP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
