The most reproducible FGFR1OP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome cycle, Sister chromatid segregation, and Centrosome duplication. Each is linked with FGFR1OP2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGFR1OP2-to-partner and partner-to-FGFR1OP2 results are reported.
