FGFBP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGFBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,525 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGFBP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PALMD, RARS1, and HELZ2. Each is linked with FGFBP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGFBP2-to-partner and partner-to-FGFBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGFBP2 versus PALMD in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGFBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGFBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
