Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGFBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGFBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, MSH2, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with FGFBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGFBP1-to-partner and partner-to-FGFBP1 results are reported.
