FGF7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,722 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSRB3, SERPINF1, and SGCD. Each is linked with FGF7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF7-to-partner and partner-to-FGF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGF7 versus MSRB3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
