FGF7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,101 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPH3, SLC4A2, and TRMT61A. Each is linked with FGF7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF7-to-partner and partner-to-FGF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPH3 grouped by FGF7-low versus FGF7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
