Across TCGA cell cohorts, FGF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,835 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle cargo loading, Positive regulation of epithelial cell proliferation involved in lung morphogenesis, and Maintenance of postsynaptic density structure. Each is linked with FGF7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF7-to-partner and partner-to-FGF7 results are reported.
