FGF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,868 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP169, MIR4515, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with FGF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF6-to-partner and partner-to-FGF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP169 grouped by FGF6-low versus FGF6-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
