FGF5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,380 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABL2, COL5A1, and ADAMTS12. Each is linked with FGF5 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF5-to-partner and partner-to-FGF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGF5 versus ABL2 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
