Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,289 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FGF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS1, UQCC1, and CCDC77. Each is linked with FGF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF5-to-partner and partner-to-FGF5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGF5 versus GINS1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
